NFF, Vivacity Group Partner To Drive Innovation and Youth Employment
The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has sealed a partnership with Vivacity Group to advance innovation, entrepreneurship, and youth employment through the NGO’s Future of Work Initiative (NigeriaWorks 2030).
The initiative targets key sectors including services and the care economy, agriculture and agribusiness, creative and cultural industries, as well as technology and the digital economy.
During a visit to the NFF Secretariat in Abuja, Vivacity Group’s Founder and CEO, Oluwakemi Ann-Melody Areola, praised NFF President, Alhaji Ibrahim Musa Gusau (MON), for his leadership in elevating Nigerian football and opening new opportunities for young people.
“Football under your stewardship has become a unifying force that fosters pride, social cohesion and youth engagement, while creating pathways for innovation, entrepreneurship and economic growth,” she said.
Gusau welcomed the partnership, pledging continued support for initiatives that empower young Nigerians, strengthen professionalism and build social value.
NFF General Secretary, Dr Mohammed Sanusi, also offered strategic recommendations to help the group achieve its goals swiftly.
The collaboration is expected to enhance Nigeria’s global competitiveness by equipping its workforce with the skills and opportunities required to thrive in the 21st-century economy.
