Naija Ratels Appoints Awala As New Technical Adviser
Nigeria Women’s Football League Premiership side, Naija Ratels, have unveiled Coach Sabo Okala Awala as their new Technical Adviser ahead of the 2025/26 season.
Awala takes over from Coach Samson Keshi, who led the team to a 6th-place finish at the Super 6 Championship in Ikenne, Ogun State, last season.
Speaking at his unveiling in Abuja on Wednesday, Awala thanked the club’s management for the opportunity and promised to push for glory. “We are going to put in everything humanly and technically possible to achieve a lot this season.
Hopefully, we are aiming for the league title,” he said.
The Ratels are now focused on pre-season preparations as they look to improve on last year’s performance.
