NAF Strikes Terrorist Supply Lifeline In Precision Southern Tumbuns Air Raid

In a sustained push to choke terrorist supply lines and weaken their operational capacity, the Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has carried out a successful air interdiction strike against a key logistics hub in the Southern Tumbuns.

The precision operation, executed on December 14, 2025, targeted Dabar Masara, a location identified through credible intelligence as an active terrorist workshop and transit point.

Acting on consistent surveillance reports, the Air Component of Joint Task Force Operation HADIN KAI deployed an integrated force package combining intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance with precision strike capabilities.

Pre-strike surveillance revealed sustained movement of armed elements and several vehicles deliberately concealed under thick vegetation, confirming the site’s use for terrorist logistics.

On the day of the operation, real-time monitoring again detected terrorist activity around the vehicles, leading to their engagement in line with established Rules of Engagement.

Post-operation assessments confirmed the destruction of the targeted vehicles and the neutralisation of terrorist elements at the location.

The operation highlights the Nigerian Air Force’s continued reliance on intelligence-led air power to disrupt terrorist networks and reinforce security efforts in conflict-affected areas.
