Prospective students heading to the United States for their studies this spring have been offered a timely opportunity to prepare for life on campus and beyond.
A Spring Pre-departure Orientation has been announced for students set to begin their academic journey in U.S. colleges and universities.
The event scheduled for Thursday, 18th December 2025, at the US Consulate General, 2 Walter Carrington Crescent, Victoria Island, Lagos, is designed to help participants transition smoothly into the American education system by providing first-hand insights from alumni and current students already studying in the United States.
According to a post by the US Mission Nigeria on its official X handle @USinNigeria, participants will gain practical tips on academic life, cultural adjustment and student success, while also building early networks that could prove invaluable throughout their studies.
