Nigeria Felicitates Republic Of The Congo On Independence Anniversary
Nigeria has congratulated the Republic of the Congo as the Central African nation marks its Independence Anniversary.
In a message conveyed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Yusuf Maitama Tuggar, to his Congolese counterpart, Jean-Claude Gakosso, Nigeria hailed the resilience, unity, and determination of the Congolese people in their journey towards sovereignty and national development.
Ambassador Tuggar reaffirmed Nigeria’s commitment to strengthening the warm ties between both nations, which span trade, cultural exchange, maritime cooperation, and regional peace initiatives. He pledged continued collaboration to tackle shared regional and global challenges.
Nigeria expressed hope for lasting harmony, economic growth, and shared prosperity for the Government and people of the Republic of the Congo.
