Tinubu At 74: APC Celebrates ‘Relentless Reformer’ Driving Nigeria’s Renewed Hope
In a political climate where leadership is constantly scrutinised, moments of celebration often double as reflections on impact.
Nigeria’s ruling party has seized such a moment to spotlight what it describes as a transformative presidency.
The All Progressives Congress (APC) has congratulated President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on his 74th birthday, praising his leadership as pivotal to Nigeria’s ongoing reforms and national resurgence.
In a statement issued on Sunday in Abuja, the party described Tinubu as a “veteran democrat, statesman, bridge-builder, and patriot,” whose life reflects a deep commitment to democratic ideals and national service.
The APC noted that under Tinubu’s leadership and the Renewed Hope Agenda, Nigeria is witnessing significant progress across key sectors, including economic and institutional reforms, infrastructural development, and fiscal policy transformation.
According to the party, the administration has also prioritised social investment programmes, youth empowerment, and improved welfare for citizens, while strengthening national security.
The statement, signed by APC National Publicity Secretary Felix Morka, further highlighted the party’s growth, describing it as the largest political platform in Nigeria since its formation in 2013.
Reaffirming its support, the APC expressed confidence in Tinubu’s leadership, commending his resilience and commitment to national unity, stability, and prosperity.
The party concluded with prayers for continued strength, wisdom, and good health for the President as he leads the country.
