EFCC Nabs Suspected Internet Fraudster, Recovers Two Locally-Made Pistols In Ogun
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has arrested a suspected internet fraudster found in possession of two locally-made pistols, alongside 55 others, in the Itori area of Ewekoro, Ogun State.
Operatives from the EFCC’s Ibadan Zonal Directorate swooped on K-Hotel on Wednesday, 6 August 2025, following credible intelligence on alleged cybercrime and related criminal activities.
In addition to the firearms, the raid uncovered six luxury cars, 89 mobile phones, several laptops, and incriminating documents.
The suspects are expected to be charged to court soon.
