Governor Soludo Engages Anambra Diaspora In North America, Presents Three-Year Scorecard

By Christian Aburime

This Sunday, 6th July 2025, Governor Chukwuma Charles Soludo, CFR, will meet with the Anambra Diaspora community in the United States and North America for a town hall meeting in Maryland, beginning at 3pm EST.

Far from being a campaign stop, the event is part of Governor Soludo’s consistent commitment to accountable, transparent, and people-centred governance—a hallmark of his administration over the past three years.

At a time when many political figures are gearing up for elections with lofty promises, Governor Soludo is taking a different path—presenting his performance, not propaganda. By engaging directly with Ndi Anambra abroad, he continues to prove that governance is a partnership, not a performance.

This town hall meeting follows similar successful engagements earlier this year in Lagos, Abuja, and the UK/Europe, where the Governor outlined achievements, listened to feedback, and shared his vision for the future of Anambra State.

Today’s meeting in the US/North America underscores Governor Soludo’s belief that governance is not seasonal—it is a continuous contract with the people, whether at home or in the Diaspora.

While others may be busy trading barbs or making sweeping declarations, Governor Soludo is choosing to report back, not talk down, reinforcing his administration’s focus on results, responsibility, and real development.

Make it a date with Mr Governor—because good governance deserves your attention.
