European Businesses, Nigerian Leaders Chart Path for Growth at Eurocham Nigeria Conference

European business leaders, Nigerian policymakers, and industry experts gathered in Lagos for the 2025 Annual Stakeholder Conference hosted by Eurocham Nigeria. Themed “Achieving Growth Post-Reforms,” the event explored Nigeria’s evolving economic landscape, highlighting investment opportunities and sectoral reforms.
In his keynote address, EU Ambassador to Nigeria and the ECOWAS, Gautier Mignot, reaffirmed the EU’s commitment to Nigeria’s transformation, introducing the EU-Eurocham Support Grant to strengthen private-sector growth.
Minister of Aviation Festus Keyamo, represented by Special Adviser Janet Oputa, outlined aviation’s role in driving economic expansion.
A presentation by Deutsche Bank’s Danelee Masia, provided insights into Nigeria’s macroeconomic recovery, while a panel discussion led by Ifeoma Finnih examined workforce transformation, energy reforms, and investment incentives.
With a strong focus on EU-Nigeria collaboration, Eurocham Nigeria continues to champion pro-business policies and regulatory improvements to enhance trade and investment.
