Tinubu Reassures U.S. Of Nigeria’s Resolve To Defeat Terrorism
President Bola Tinubu has reaffirmed Nigeria’s unwavering commitment to ending terrorism, assuring the United States that his administration will not relent until peace and security are fully restored across the nation.
Speaking during an engagement with U.S. representatives, at the Presidential Villa in Abuja, the President emphasised that Nigeria is intensifying its counter-terrorism operations through strategic partnerships, enhanced intelligence sharing, and modern security reforms.
Tinubu maintained that the fight against insurgency and violent extremism remains a top priority of his government, noting that the administration is determined to ensure that no part of the country remains under the threat of terror.
He further expressed confidence that with ongoing international cooperation and the resilience of Nigeria’s armed forces, the country will overcome its security challenges and emerge stronger.
