AIBEN Unveils Billion-Naira Bourdillon Hotel To Redefine Abuja’s Hospitality Scene

In a bold move to strengthen Nigeria’s tourism and hospitality sector, AIBEN Investment and Properties Limited has launched its latest luxury facility, Bourdillon Hotel, in the Gwarinpa area of Abuja, signalling renewed confidence in the nation’s investment climate.

Speaking at the unveiling, Chief Executive Officer of AIBEN Group, Chief Andrew Elerewa, described the multi-billion Naira project as a “dream fulfilled” and a testament to the company’s belief in Nigeria’s tourism potential.

“I feel deeply fulfilled seeing this vision come to life,” he said. “Tourism is a money-spinning industry, and Nigeria must begin to take it seriously.

With the right infrastructure and government support, the sector can drive growth, create jobs, and boost our GDP.”

Elerewa noted that the Bourdillon Hotel has already created employment opportunities and will continue to generate revenue through taxes and related services.

He also encouraged entrepreneurs to operate legitimately and take advantage of government incentives designed to support investors.

Project Manager, Ajayi Simeon, said the hotel was designed to “set a new benchmark for luxury and service,” adding that it can compete favourably with facilities anywhere in the world.

Also speaking, former NUJ FCT Chairman, Timothy Elerewa, lauded the development as a “landmark achievement,” commending the FCT Administration under Minister Nyesom Wike for improving infrastructure and creating an environment that attracts investors.

With over 600 staff across its hotel projects, AIBEN continues to demonstrate that private investment remains key to driving Nigeria’s economic diversification and job creation.
