Bayelsa United’s unbeaten run ended in Lafia, with Niger Tornadoes edging them 1–0, as Azeez Falolu’s late strike gave Katsina United derby bragging rights over Kano Pillars.
Enyimba were frustrated in Aba, failing to break down Nasarawa United despite dominating.
In Ilorin, Kwara United cruised past struggling Kun Khalifa with goals from John Mark Atule and Obiorah.
Rivers United also held El-Kanemi Warriors to extend their impressive away record.
