NAF Airstrikes Decimate Terrorists In Niger State, Reassures Civilians Of Safety
The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has dealt a decisive blow to terrorist elements in Niger State through a series of well-coordinated airstrikes carried out under Operation FANSAN YAMMA.
From 24th to 26th June 2025, NAF’s Air Component, working in close synergy with ground troops and security agencies, launched precision strikes against terrorists wreaking havoc in Kakihun and Kumbashi communities.
The swift action followed credible intelligence reports linking the assailants to recent attacks and cattle rustling in the area.
According to Air Commodore Ehimen Ejodame, the strikes not only neutralised scores of terrorists but also destroyed their logistics hubs and disrupted efforts to regroup.
The operation highlights the Nigerian Air Force’s rapid response capability and firm commitment to safeguarding lives and restoring peace.
The NAF has reassured Nigerians of its unrelenting drive to keep communities secure and free from terror threats.
