Sallah Cheer: NAWOJ FCT Chairperson Extends Warm Eid Greetings
As Muslims across the country mark the joyous celebration of Eid, the Chairperson of the Nigeria Association of Women Journalists (NAWOJ), Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Chapter, Bassey Ita Ikpang, has extended heartfelt Sallah greetings to members of the association and the wider media community.
In a warm message shared on behalf of the NAWOJ FCT executive, Ikpang conveyed good wishes to all NAWOJians in the FCT, as well as to colleagues and friends of the association.
“May this season of Eid bring peace, joy, and renewed strength to us all,” she said, urging everyone to use the period to reflect on the values of unity, compassion, and service to humanity.
With a spirit of togetherness and goodwill, Ikpang encouraged members of the media to continue fostering harmony in their professional and personal engagements, noting that the strength of the profession lies in collective efforts and a shared commitment to truth and justice.
She concluded her message with a resounding, “Eid Mubarak!” — a traditional Eid greeting that echoes the joy of the season.
