Security Chiefs Strategise In Anambra Ahead Of Presidential Visit
Security Chiefs in Anambra State held a high-level closed-door meeting on Monday, 5th May, ahead of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s scheduled visit on Thursday, 8th May 2025.
The five-hour session, held in Awka, brought together top officials from the Nigeria Police, DSS, Army, Navy, NSCDC, FRSC, and the Governor’s security aide, AVM Ben Chiobi (Rtd).
They reviewed intelligence reports, assessed threats, and outlined coordinated security measures.
Key strategies discussed included joint deployments, enhanced patrols, and contingency plans to ensure a peaceful and secure environment across the state during the visit.
The meeting reflects Anambra’s resolve to provide watertight security and maintain its reputation as the “Light of the Nation.”
