The National Social Investment Programme Agency (NSIPA) has taken a bold step towards digital transformation by organising a one-day sensitisation training on the Electronic Documents Management System (EDMS).

The session, for selected staff members, marks the beginning of a broader rollout to enhance efficiency, transparency, and accountability within the agency.

Speaking at the event, the Head of Planning, Research, and Statistics, Dr. Binta Musa Ibrahim, stressed the importance of leveraging technology to streamline documentation processes.

She described EDMS as a secure and user-friendly system designed to reduce paperwork, boost collaboration, and improve productivity.

Dr. Binta, encouraged participants to actively engage with facilitators, Dr. Binta stressed that mastering the EDMS is key to its successful implementation.

She also acknowledged the support of NSIPA’s National Coordinator and CEO, Associate Professor Badamasi Lawal, for prioritising innovation in service delivery.

With this initiative, NSIPA reaffirms its commitment to modernising operations and driving impactful social investments through technology.
