NTAC DG, Buba Yakub, Celebrates Amb. Tuggar, Hails His Leadership, Service

The Director General of the Nigerian Technical Aid Corps (NTAC), Rt. Hon. Yusuf Buba Yakub, has extolled the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Amb. Yusuf Maitama Tuggar, as an exceptional leader and mentor committed to Nigeria’s progress and the betterment of humanity.
In a heartfelt birthday message on Friday in Abuja, Yakub commended Amb. Tuggar for his “capacity, energy, and charisma” in advancing Nigeria’s foreign policy objectives within a short period in office.
“You have redefined excellence, combining discipline, intelligence, and selflessness in service to our nation,” Yakub said, describing the Minister as a source of inspiration to many.
Amb. Tuggar, a former Ambassador to Germany and ex-lawmaker, has been instrumental in spearheading reforms in Nigeria’s foreign service, including the 4-D Foreign Policy Initiative, widely known as “The Tinubu Doctrine.”
Celebrating his 58th birthday earlier this week, Tuggar was lauded for his dedication to repositioning Nigeria on the global stage.
