Technology is the engine of modern economies, and for Nigeria to thrive, it must harness its own innovations.

It is against this backdrop, that the Federal Ministry of Innovation, Science, and Technology (FMIST) has pledged to collaborate with Zinox Technologies Limited to enhance homegrown technology solutions that will drive economic growth.

During a courtesy visit by a Zinox delegation, led by the Managing Director, Mrs. Kelechi Eze-Okunta, the Ministry’s Permanent Secretary, Mrs. Esuabana (represented by Director of Human Resources, Mallam Hassan Baba Ibrahim), emphasised that no nation attains greatness without fully integrating technology across key sectors.

She acknowledged Zinox’s contributions in producing solar panels, computers, and inverters which are essential tools for sustaining small and medium-scale enterprises (SMEs), creating jobs, and reducing poverty.

As part of this synergy, FMIST has invited Zinox to showcase its innovative products at the upcoming 2025 Scientific Expo, a platform for public engagement and investment.

Speaking on behalf of Zinox, Mrs. Eze-Okunta highlighted the company’s commitment to providing solutions in renewable energy and advanced household technology, including iPower inverters and solar panels, to bridge economic gaps and improve daily life.

With this partnership, Nigeria takes a step closer to technological self-reliance, proving that homegrown solutions hold the key to a prosperous future.
