The Resource Centre for Human Rights & Civic Education (CHRICED) has honoured Dr. Kole Ahmed Shettima and Dr. Amina Salihu on their birthday anniversary, recognising their unwavering commitment to human rights, good governance, and accountability in Nigeria.

CHRICED praised the duo for their decades of advocacy, strategic interventions, and leadership in promoting equity and social justice.

Through their work at the MacArthur Foundation, they have mobilised resources, empowered civic organisations, and amplified the voices of marginalised communities, driving efforts to enhance transparency and fight corruption.

Despite Nigeria’s challenges, Dr. Shettima and Dr. Salihu remain dedicated to fostering a more just and inclusive society.
