During the courtesy visit, Ambassador Ukaeje emphasised the importance of stronger collaboration between ECOWAS and Guinea-Bissau’s media sector to ensure effective coverage of regional initiatives.
She highlighted that such partnerships are crucial, especially as ECOWAS marks its 50th anniversary this year.
Minister Dias welcomed the initiative but pointed out existing challenges in media infrastructure that could hinder the effort.
