The Federal Government of Nigeria has unveiled the National Health Fellows Programme, a groundbreaking initiative aimed at fostering innovation and leadership in Nigeria’s health sector.

The one-year programme spearheaded by the Nigeria Health Sector Renewal Investment Initiative under the Federal Ministry of Health and Social Welfare, seeks to empower Nigerian professionals across diverse fields, including health, information technology, and social sciences.

Speaking on the initiative, the Coordinating Minister of Health and Social Welfare, Professor Ali Pate, described it as a prestigious opportunity to build a cadre of skilled health leaders poised to drive meaningful change in the sector.
