Some indigenes of Ngor-Okpala have commended the newly inaugurated Sole Administrator of Ngor Okpala Local Government Area of Imo State, Hon. Kizito Onuoha over his commitment to develop the Council. The indigenes made the commendation recently, during the inauguration of the 27 sole administrators of the Local Council by Governor Hope Uzodimma at Government House, Owerri, Imo State.
Commending the Sole Administrator, Prof. Mathew Ihejirika Nwaeke, said Hon Kizitto Onuoha is a good man and a brother who he said will do well, adding that he does not discriminate and hence Ngokpala people will enjoy his administration.
Nwaeke believes that “he will strengthen the partnership between our local government and the Governor through regular communication, healthy collaboration and alignment of objectives, this synergy aims to ensure that our LGA moves forward. I will advise him to always listen to his people, monarchs and stakeholders, as the son of the soil, he knows our problem. Kizitto is the best for Ngokpala”.
With former SA to the Governor on Community Relations, Hon. Chika Ibekwe, expressing satisfaction over Kizitto’s appointment, saying she is happy with whatever the Governor does, his decisions are awesome, the Governor is my great leader and I love his credibility and style of leadership”.
Ibekwe, a grassroot mobilizer, described the SOLAD as a “calm guy, so nice, an easygoing fellow, we recognized the Governor’s decision for selecting him. I want him to try as much as he can to embrace everyone – run an all-inclusive leadership – so that everybody will feel the impact of the system”.
Ibekwe stressed that the “Governor always wants everybody to work together and with unity of purpose we can achieve success and in all he does, he has to put the interest of the Governor of the state first”.
Also speaking, a banker and brother to the SOLAD, Mr. Chiadikobi Chukwu, said he has known Kizitto for a long time, saying “he is calm, humble and focused, I am sure with the appointment given to him, he will perform marvelously. As a Sole Administrator, I wish him the best. He is now the father of Ngokpala”.
Adding his voice, the former SA to the Governor on Primary HealthCare, Dr. Perry Njoku, commended the Governor for the choice of SOLAD in Ngokpala.
“I am happy there is nothing as good as having a round speck in a round hole. Kizitto is an articulate young man. I urge him to always imbibe wisdom, as well as trade with caution to thrive”, Njoku added.
Wishing the SOLAD well, Eze Christopher Ibekwe (Eze tiles), maintained that Kizitto Onuoha is the best thing that happened to Ngokpala, hoping that “he will carry everybody along. I thank God for the opportunity, am sure our people will glorify God for this appointment. I enjoin him not to listen to side talks, but focus on what he has been called for. I pray to God to give him more understanding he deserves to be able to succeed”.
