Lawmaker Commends Governor Soludo For Remembering His Constituents

The Member representing Oyi and Ayamelum in the Federal House of Representatives, Honourable Vincent Ofumelu has commended Governor Chukwuma Soludo for flagging off the reconstruction of several roads in the state especially the road linking Obaofemili through Umuerum to Omor that seemed forgotten by previous administrations.
The law maker who was full of praises for the Governor who he described as a man loaded upstairs with desires of working for the good of the masses and for doing all he has been doing to ensure that Anambra State enjoys the best of true democracy.
He however decried the attitude of some politicians who instead of working for the good of others, choose to work for their pockets saying that if all should key into the iniatives of the present state government, the State will develop higher and faster.
Honourable Ofumelu, advocated prayers as the only solution to the present problem of insecurity in the country and urged Ndigbo in particular, to take advantage of the four days prayer Summit taking place in Aguleri next week to seek God’s intervention in what is happening in the land.
Speaking on the 2023 general election, the law maker called on the citizenry, to do their best to ensure the election is devoid of any kind of violence; urging contenders in the election to desist from planning illegality as it will give rise to litigations which is inimical to good governance and democratic principles.
