The All Progressives Congress, APC, says its National Legal Adviser, Barrister Ahmad Usman El-Marzuq, has not resigned.
A statement signed by the National Publicity Secretary of the party, Barrister Felix Morka, described as false a report circulating on some media platforms that the National Legal Adviser of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has resigned.
The statement which noted the report is misleading emphasised that Barrister Ahmad Usman El-Marzuq is, and remains, the National Legal Adviser of APC saying that Barrister Daniel Bwala is not the National Legal Adviser of the Party as erroneously reported.
The statement urged the general public to disregard the report which it stressed may have been borne out of mischief or extreme negligence.
