The Ogun State Police Command said the operations were part of intensified intelligence-led and preventive policing measures ordered by Commissioner of Police Bode Ojajuni.
Police intercepted 89 vehicles operating without registration plates or with covered, altered or obscured number plates, with offenders facing administrative and legal action, including prosecution where applicable.
In separate operations, police foiled an armed robbery in Ogere Remo, recovered two stolen motorcycles and arrested a suspect, Abdulsalam Adam.
A knife, expended cartridge and broken padlock were also recovered.
Similarly, operatives in Ajuwon recovered a stolen Toyota Camry following a police pursuit and arrested another suspect, Israel Salako.
The Commissioner of Police commended the officers involved and assured residents that sustained patrols, intelligence gathering and community partnerships would remain central to efforts to combat crime across the state.
He also urged residents to remain security-conscious and provide timely and credible information to assist police operations.
