Anambra Governorship Election: Mayor Nweke Rallies Women Of Nteje Ward 2 Behind Soludo’s Re-election Bid
Hon. Emmanuel Ikechukwu Nweke (IGA), fondly known as the Capacity Mayor, has led a strong mobilisation effort in Nteje Ward 2, rallying support for the re-election of Anambra State Governor, Prof. Charles Chukwuma Soludo.
During a series of sensitisation visits to the communities of Umuokwuanya and Iruke Umuanunwa, Hon. Nweke addressed a gathering of passionate women, praising Governor Soludo’s administration for its developmental strides.
He highlighted ongoing infrastructural projects, improved social services, and economic empowerment programmes that have transformed local communities under the APGA-led government.
In response, the women expressed deep appreciation to both Governor Soludo and Mayor Nweke, describing them as visionary leaders who have touched lives at the grassroots.
With a resounding pledge of loyalty, the women proudly declared Umuanunwa Nteje as solid APGA ground, vowing to mobilise wider support ahead of the 2025 polls.
The well-attended event also had in attendance key political stakeholders, including Hon. Dominic Uche (Nteje Ward 2 Councillor), Mr. Linus Uchefuna (Ikedinaekpere) the Ward Party Chairman, COS Senior Apostle Chijioke Ozomena, SSA New Media Hon. Izubest, among others, all united in their commitment to delivering good governance and grassroots engagement.
The tour underscored growing momentum within the ward, with APGA supporters confident in securing another term for Governor Soludo.
