NUJ Celebrates President Alhassan Yahya On His Birthday

It is a day of celebration for the Nigerian media community as the President of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Comrade Alhassan Yahya, marks another year of impactful leadership.
Members of the NUJ, particularly from the FCT Council, have extended warm birthday wishes to Comrade Yahya, lauding his visionary leadership, steadfast dedication to press freedom, and tireless commitment to the welfare of journalists across the country.
In a goodwill message, the NUJ FCT described him as an inspiration to journalists nationwide, praying for continued good health, wisdom, and prosperity as he continues to steer the union to greater heights.
“Thank you for championing ethical journalism and standing as a beacon of hope for the profession,” the message read.
As Comrade Yahya celebrates today, colleagues and friends join in wishing him many more years of remarkable achievements and impactful service.
