Labour Party Delegation Submits Supreme Court Judgement to INEC
A Labour Party delegation led by Abia State Governor Dr. Alex Otti on Wednesday visited INEC headquarters in Abuja to submit the Supreme Court’s judgment on the party’s leadership.
Governor Otti presented a Certified True Copy of the ruling, emphasising the need for clarity and alignment between the party and the electoral body.
INEC’s Acting Chairman, Sam Olumekun, received the team and reiterated the Commission’s commitment to neutrality, transparency, and upholding the rule of law.
