NIMC Launches Official Self-Service Portal For NIN Modification

The National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) has launched an official self-service modification portal, Selfservicemodification.nimc.gov.ng, to ensure the security and integrity of National Identification Number (NIN) data.
In a press release signed by the Head of Corporate Communications, NIMC, Dr. Kayode Adegoke, warned against using unauthorised websites for NIN modifications, citing risks of identity theft.
The new portal allows users to securely update their NIN details from anywhere, ensuring convenience and data protection.
NIMC urges Nigerians to use only the official portal and avoid third-party sites.
