UN, Nigerian Government Partner To Boost Youth Development

The UN Resident and Humanitarian Coordinator in Nigeria, Mohamed Malick Fall, has reaffirmed the United Nation’s commitment to supporting youth development in the country.
Hosting the Minister of Youth Development, Comrade Ayodele Olawande, and the Special Assistant to the President on Youth Initiatives, Dr. Titilope Gbadamosi, at the UN House in Abuja, Fall emphasised the importance of collaboration in creating an inclusive and sustainable future for Nigerian youths.
During the meeting, Dr. Gbadamosi presented the Youth Activities Dashboard (YAD), a platform designed to track and enhance youth-focused initiatives.
Minister Olawande endorsed the project, stressing its potential to empower young Nigerians.
The engagement underscores ongoing efforts between the UN and the Nigerian government to drive meaningful opportunities for the country’s vibrant youth population.
