Rebuild Imo Movement Ideato North Chapter  holds Expanded Leadership Meeting  … Over 500 Leaders and Committee Members in attendance

The Rebuild Imo Movement’s Ideato North Local Government Chapter, has held an expanded leadership and executive meeting at Akokwa Civil Hall, recently.
The event witnessed over 500 leaders and steering committee members from the 14 political wards within the local government in attendance.

In his address, Sir Arch Chidi Okoli, a prominent leader of the Movement in the LGA, emphasized that the Rebuild Imo Movement seeks to promote good and quality leadership in the state. He announced the commencement of membership registration across the wards and urged leaders to take the movement’s message to the grassroots.

Speaking, Rt. Hon. ThankGod Ezekiel (Ogbaturuenyi), another prominent leader, disclosed that the Rebuild Imo Movement brings together individuals committed to a brighter future for Imo State under the leadership of Rt. Hon. Emeka Ihedioha, CON. He charged leaders to welcome new members, assuring them that Ideato North will play a strategic role in the new political alignment.

Chief Tony Ejieji, another leader of the Movement, criticized the PDP for failing to provide credible opposition to the ruling APC, citing it as a primary reason the group leave  the party. He affirmed the Movement’s dedication to fulfilling the true purpose of politics: delivering the dividends of democracy.

The Zonal Woman Leader of the Rebuild Imo Movement in Orlu zone, Hon. Mrs. Uju Ihejiagwa, urged leaders, especially women, to work wholeheartedly for the structure, promising that everyone will be rewarded on the day of victory.

Other speakers pledged their commitment and loyalty to the Movement while praising the foresight of its leaders. The meeting concluded with sumptuous refreshments, marking the family communism characterizing the Movement.

Notable leaders who attended the event include, Hon. ThankGod Ezeani, Sir Arch Chidi Okoli, Chief Tony Ejieji (Ikenga Obodoukwu), Hon. Ernest Njesi, Hon. Mrs. Uju Ihejiagwa, Hon. Ogechi Peters, and Ikedim Ikeagwuonu, among others.
