Why Ndigbo Should Pray Now

The efficacy of prayers as solution to the needs of Ndigbo and Nigerians as a whole has been stressed.
The Convener “Ndigbo Prayers” Reverend Elias Ike Ekwemmour, who made the call while speaking on the 2023 edition of the 4 days prayer summit said Ndigbo must take advantage of the forthcoming prayer summit to seek God’s intervention in relation to the increasing spate of insecurity in the South East region.
He, emphasised that if Ndigbo collectively seek the face of God, especially ahead of the Governorship election in Imo State, all forms of insecurity in the region will be a thing of the past.
Rev. Ekwemmour, who gave the theme of the prayer summit which is in conjunction with the Ohaneze Ndigbo World Wide as “ndigbo let’s gather together, trust and wait on the Lord, be of good courage and God shall strengthen our hearts in due time. Psalm 27:14
According to him, the programme scheduled for the 25th tto 28th of October 2023 is to be chaired by the President General of Ohaneze Ndigbo World Wide, Chief Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu, and shall take place at the Anambra Ecumenical Centre, No 12 Rev. Elias Ike Ekwemmour Street, Aguleri, Anambra State.
He however, lamented that the organising committee still needs assistance with logistics for an impactful programme hence they are still seeking assistance from spirited individuals and organisations.
