The Imo State monarchs led by the Chairman of Imo State Council of Traditional Rulers, HRM, Eze Dr. E. C Okeke (Eze Udo the 2nd of Amaifeke), have expressed delight over the good work Governor Hope Uzodinma is doing in Imo State.
They said the road infrastructure, upgrading Federal Medical Center Owerri to a University Teaching Hospital, taking care of traditional rulers, creating development centers, building healthcare, promotion of workers among others by the APC led government are good testimonies which are placing Imo in the positive path.
Eze Okeke made this known during an interview with newsman in his palace shortly after the southeast meeting held at Imo paliament last Saturday.
The royal father noted that the feat is an addition to Governor Uzodinma’s giant strides since he assumed office as the Governor of the State, adding that he is proud of the Governor for the recent flag off of seaport and other numerous development which he said will boost economy.
Lending his voice earlier, the traditional ruler of Obi of Onitsh in Anambra State, HRH, Eze Nnaemeka Achebe, commended Uzodinma for his efforts and ensuring “peaceful co-existence which is why we gather to make sure peace and orderliness continue to rain and we pray to God to keep Uzodinma” saying, a reward for good work is more work.
