Happening Now: Pope Establishes Diocese Of Aguleri

Rome has established a new Diocese in Nigeria it is the Diocese of Aguleri.
The Diocese will be manned by the present Auxiliary Bishop of Onitsha, Most Reverend Dennis Isizo
According to the papal nuncio to Nigeria, Antonio Filipazzi, who made the announcement at the ongoing first plenary of the Catholic Bishops Conference of Nigeria in Abuja, the New Diocese will consecrated on 17th March, 2023.
