President Approves Appointment Of Three New Rectors, Registrars For Federal Polytechnics

President Muhammadu Buhari has approved the appointments of three Rectors and Registrars of Federal Polytechnics in the country.
The Rectors and their Institutions are Dr. Paul-Darlington Ibemezie Ndubuisi to man Federal Polytechnic Isuochi, Abia State, Professor Mohammed Sanusi Magaji, for Federal Polytechnic, Kabo, Kano State, and
Dr. Duke Okoro for the Federal Polytechnic, Orogun, Delta State.
A statement signed by the Director, Press and Public Relations, Ministry of education, Ben Bem Goong, said, the appointments of the three Rectors are for a single term of five years each, with effect from 17th January, 2023, and are in line with the Federal Polytechnic (Amendment) Act 2019.
According to the statement, President Buhari also approved the appointments of 3 Registrars to the Institutions: Alhaji Umar Shehu Dumbulum for Federal Polytechnic, Kabo, Kano State while Mrs. Christine Ejetavwo Aluyi becomes the Registrar, Federal Polytechnic, Orogun, Delta State and Mrs. Ezenuruihe Ifeyinwa Olachi, Registrar, Federal Polytechnic, Isuochi, Abia State.
These three, according to the statement, also have a single term of 5 years each, with effect from 17th January, 2023.
The statement further notes two of the Institutions also got new Bursars and they are
Mr. Atabatele Adepoju Solomon as Bursar for Federal Polytechnic, Kabo, Kano State and
Ms. Nkpado Amarachi Pamela becomes the Bursar of the Federal Polytechnic, Orogun, Delta State.
The appointments of Bursars are also with effect from 17th January, 2023.
The statement also disclosed Government approved the appointments of Librarians for two Federal Polytechnics, namely: Dr. Iroroeavwo Edwin Achugbue, Federal Polytechnic, Orogun and Alhaji Kabiru Ubale Federal Polytechnic, Kabo, Kano State.
It further states that the Education Minister, Adamu Adamu has already congratulated all the appointees.
