2023: Asiwaju will cater for the interest of Ndigbogbo Says Omaluegwuoku President

Few days to the 2023 general elections, the President of Igbo Kwenu for Asiwaju-Shettima, Amb. Ginika Tor, Federal Commissioner, Federal Character Commission has said the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu is a detribalised man who has the interest of Igbos in mind.
Receiving the APC Presidential Candidate in grand Style at her home town, Ginika told journalists that her support for Asiwaju was born out of his unprecedented track records and she has no doubt that Nigeria is in a safe hand under his watch.
The group which was birthed at the emergence of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the Presidential flag bearer of the All Progressives Congress through Omaluegwuoku Progressive Initiative has so far toured the six geopolitical zones of Nigeria on a pre-campaign town-hall meeting which kicked off at Enugu for the SouthEast Region, then Lagos, Cross-Rivers , Kano , Yobe States and had its grand-finale at Keffi, Nassarawa State.
Ginika further stated that as against the insinuation that Asiwaju is not healthy enough to lead Nigeria, he has been across the country campaigning rigorously in a way that none of his opponents has done.
“A man who has got the experience , technical know-how, wisdom, credibility, competency and capacity to lead. History has it that he has done it before and so can still do it again.
” Meanwhile they say baba is not strong, yet he has toured almost all the states yet standing strong and very ready to keep moving. There is no other contender visibly campaigning and reaching out to the masses like him, so he has proven beyond reasonable doubt that he has the capability to lead Nigeria to our destination of choice.” Tor said
On Muslim/Muslim ticket, Tor said this is not the time to focus on religion but the capacity for effective delivery of candidates and that she has found in the duo of Asiwaju and his running mate, Senator Kashim Shettima.
“To also ensure sound leadership, he chose a man of impeccable attributes like him, Kashim Shettima, so regardless of religious sentiment, the future of Nigeria is most important at this point in time and I and my team will leave no stone unturned to ensure victory for these great duo”
Reaching out to the Deputy National Coordinator South for OPI-Igbo Kwenu 4 Asiwaju-Shettima, Rt.Hon. Jude Idimogu, Member. Lagos State House of Assembly, he said Asiwaju remains one very recognized detribalized Nigeria, a unifier and the Unity of this country rest on him.. He said he has no doubt that Asiwaju will emerge the winner at the forthcoming presidential election.
Also speaking, The National Secretary of OPI, Chief Emma Ogbonna Ph.D, a World Bank Consultant said he was still contemplating on who to cast his support on when Amb. Ginika approached him and extensively spoke about the need to vote in Asiwaju, he bought into her opinion and ever since then, though financially tough but he is determined to continue to spread the good-news of Asiwaju –Shettima until they emerge as President and Vice President of Nigeria come May 2023.
The SouthEast Coordinator for OPI-Igbo Kwenu , Hon. Onyanta Nkiru, told the press that she is also the SSA to the Hon. Federal Commissioner Ginika Tor, said her boss is an amazing woman and so many people love her and have joined her to support Asiwaju-Shettima Presidency 100 percent.
The youngest House of Assembly Candidate and a mentee of Ginika, Hon. Jennifer Ndubuisi confirms that she has no doubt that Tinubu will do great as President considering his past antecedents; she added that her constituency will deliver for Asiwaju-Shettima.
