NCDMB Sets Stage For Key Oil, Gas Investment Summit In Lagos

As Nigeria pushes to unlock greater value from its oil and gas industry, the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) is convening major stakeholders to deepen investment, partnerships and local content development in the midstream and downstream sectors.
The board announced that the 2026 Oil and Gas Midstream and Downstream Stakeholders Summit will hold from May 19 to 20 at Four Points by Sheraton, Victoria Island, Lagos.
The summit will bring together government officials, regulators, financiers, operators, EPC contractors and investors to explore emerging opportunities in the sector.
The event, hosted by the Executive Secretary of Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board, Felix Omatsola Ogbe, is expected to focus on the implementation of the Petroleum Industry Act (PIA), Nigerian content development, industry regulations and investment opportunities across the oil and gas value chain.
According to a statement signed by the General Manager Corporate Communications Division, Dr Obinna Ezeobi, the summit will also feature the unveiling of the new NCDMB Midstream and Downstream Operating Model, while providing a platform for discussions on industry challenges, policy direction and sustainable growth strategies.
Though attendance to the summit is free for selected stakeholders, participation at strictly by invitation and attendance is free for selected stakeholders.oioil
