All Stars International Hails CGC Bashir Adeniyi On Tenure Extension
All Stars International has congratulated the Comptroller General of Customs, Bashir Adewale Adeniyi, on the extension of his tenure by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
The club, which counts Adeniyi as a respected member and strong supporter, praised his continued leadership of the Nigeria Customs Service, especially as the 2025 All Stars International Invitational Tournament progresses.
Club President Nasir Jibril expressed gratitude to President Tinubu for recognising Adeniyi’s dedication and reform-driven leadership.
“We’re proud of CGC Adeniyi’s achievements, both within Customs and as a valued member of our club,” Jibril said.
Echoing this sentiment, Patrick Bassey, Chairman of the Local Organising Committee for the Abuja Veterans Tournament, described the extension as well-earned.
“His tenure has significantly boosted revenue generation and morale within Customs. The President’s decision shows national trust in his vision. We believe this next phase will be even more impactful,” Bassey stated.
Adeniyi’s tenure extension comes at a crucial time for national economic reforms, with many hopeful his steady leadership will continue to deliver results.
